The patient portal is a great tool where we can share your results and notificaitons. 

It is also an easy way to view and pay your statement on-line.

This page will show you step-by step how to access your patient portal

What you can do there?

This is the best place for us to share a copy of your lab or pathology report - or a notification.  It is also the easiest way to view and pay your bill on-line.

Security

Your privacy is important to us, and that is why we have a patient portal.  Using the portal is fastest & most secure way to share results with you.

Step 1

Access your portal using the following link:

TIPS:

  1. You must use the matching Email that we have in our system.  If we don't have your Email - this will not work. 
  2. If you are getting stuck  - text us at 516-822-7546 to verify the Email we have on file matches what you are using exactly.
  3. If you have never accessed the portal before, click on 'Not Registered'

Step 2 - Registration

If this is your first time, you will need to register.

TIPS:

  1. You must use the matching Email that we have in our system.  If we don't have your Email - this will not work.

Step 3 - Validation

Tips:

  1. At this time, you will need a Validation Code.
  2. The Code is sent by TEXT MESSAGE to the cell phone we have on file
  3. Expect a text from an (805) area code
  4. You will also need to enter your Birth Date - and it must match what we have on file.


If you get stuck, text us at 516-822-7546 to verify that we have your correct

  • Cell phone
  • Date of birth


If our records do not match, you will not be able to access your portal.



After your in, Navigation is simple

The portal has three sections.

  1. My Health Records
  2. Our letters
  3. Pathology reports (if requested)
  4. Lab Reports (if requested)
  5. Message My Provider
  6. Please do NOT USE THIS - as we won't get your message
  7. Instead, text us at 516-851-7824
  8. Statements
  9. View and Pay your statements on-line



Once you enter one of these three sections, you can return to the main navigation bar by clicking on the "home" icon
