This is the best place for us to share a copy of your lab or pathology report - or a notification. It is also the easiest way to view and pay your bill on-line.

Your privacy is important to us, and that is why we have a patient portal. Using the portal is fastest & most secure way to share results with you.
Step 1
Access your portal using the following link:

TIPS:
- You must use the matching Email that we have in our system. If we don't have your Email - this will not work.
- If you are getting stuck - text us at 516-822-7546 to verify the Email we have on file matches what you are using exactly.
- If you have never accessed the portal before, click on 'Not Registered'
Step 2 - Registration
If this is your first time, you will need to register.
TIPS:
- You must use the matching Email that we have in our system. If we don't have your Email - this will not work.

Step 3 - Validation
Tips:
- At this time, you will need a Validation Code.
- The Code is sent by TEXT MESSAGE to the cell phone we have on file
- Expect a text from an (805) area code
- You will also need to enter your Birth Date - and it must match what we have on file.

If our records do not match, you will not be able to access your portal.
