For your convenience, we try to participate in all insurance plans.  However some plans won't let us onto their network!  

We do NOT participate in the following plans.

  • BCBS 'Priority Blue'
  • First Health
  • HIP (as of 1/2019)
  • Healthcare Partners (as of 1/2019)
  • Humana HMO
  • METROPLUS
  • HealthPlus Gatekeeper 
    • ID starts with VFG
    • A subset of Empire BC/BS Anthem
  • Quality Health Plan
  • WELLCARE

Chances are we do take your insurance if is not on the list above.  Please verify with your insurance to make sure or message our office and we will be happy to look into it for you.

If it turns out we do not take your plan, that does not mean we won't be able to help you.  Please ask about our self-pay fees when you message us.
